I grew up with the Baert's at St. John's. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I went to school with Carrie but lived down the road from the family. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

There's a bit of magic in everything, and some loss to even things out. Lou Reed said this. I know you know what I mean. This is something you and I would now get intellectually intimate about. We used to go on and on for hours. I miss our talks, and walks around the excelsior bay. You definately are not forgotten, I feel like now we get to remember you even more. Your memory lives on through everything and everyone! I love you!
