Johnson and Helen Lorraine Johnson (nee Poser), Great aunt Harriet Piechowiak (nee Poser), Aunts and Uncle Sue Grimm, Celia Grimm, and Edward Grimm, Brother Richard (Rick) Grimm, and nephew Jessie James Grimm and other precious family and friends to eternal life. Christine is survived by her brothers Michael, James, John, Tom and Ron (Corrin) and her sisters Catherine and Helen. She is also survived by her children Joshua and Justine (Jake), nieces and nephews Fatima, Amanda (Andy), Michael Jr. (Ellie), Mekhi, Mariah, David, Matthew (Trish), John T, Austin, Malena, Anthony Sr. (Rolanda), John Jr., and Alison. Grandchildren Jameson and Jackson. As well as Great nieces and nephews Mariah, Marquis, Pieter, Andrew, Rowan, Vanessa, Zoe, Jason, Scholar, Roma, Anthony Jr., Presley, Great-Great Nieces Kristiana, Ruby and Elara.

Christine started writing as a teenager, after she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease at the age of 19. During her recovery, she wrote love poems that helped her express her feelings. With the help of her mother's spiritual awareness, she found peace and harmony in writing. It was then, at the threshold of healing, that writing took on a whole new meaning in her life. Her writing style had everything to do with what she was learning about herself. She implements into her work; deep-love, spirituality, yoga/meditation/tai chi practices, nature, science, energy, growing up in a family of eleven, and the insight & knowledge gained from a standard education with a little bit of college (Accounting, Psychology, Business).

Christine grew up in Milwaukee and worked as a secretary, administrative assistant, program & development coordinator, event planner, Girl Scout Leader, Tai Chi Chuan instructor, and was a single-parent to two children. She has worked for construction companies, Methodist Churches, Jewish Temples, property management companies, and as an entrepreneur teaching Tai Chi Chuan for health privately, and at local churches, community centers, and schools. Through her studies in Tai Chi, she learned the Yang's style short form, push hands, sword, staff, Cheng Hsin T'ui Shou, and other self-defense techniques. She invested time & talent raising her kids with good values and self-management skills.

She was an intensely devoted mother and worked her life to love and cherish them every day through all things. Her books highlight a lot of the lessons learned and are a testament to the importance of being an involved, loving parent.

Christine was entirely loyal to her family and the Grimm legacy. She gave everything she had to see the legacy, (passed down from her parents) stay with the family for generations to come. She was a selfless daughter that spent much of her later years caring for her parents with compassion and love. Thus allowing them the comfort and dignity of living at home with loved ones, until they were called home to God.

Christine was Catholic and faith was centered within her. She spent much of her life working with the spirit, universal energy and God. She worked to tune in to the energy of everything to guide her and surround her in all she did. At 48, Christine started implementing the principles of the art with new incentive to help manage a heart condition. Partnering with her mother, she led numerous Yoga/Meditation & Tai Chi Seminars. With her brothers, she helped support a PaddedSword role-playing, sport group that her brothers founded, and which her children, teenagers at the time, participated in.

Christine was also a fierce grandmother to her two grandchildren. She was steadfast to take on anything that was needed to help them. Whether babysitting or helping them with school. She loved them beyond measure and was the most kind, sweet, loving, nurturing and supportive grandmother anyone could ask for.

In her leisure time she enjoyed spending time at the family property. She immensely enjoyed being one with nature, surrounded by the peacefulness and tranquility of a life away from the city. She also enjoyed road trips with her best friend. She enjoyed many tv programs/movies, and music including Native American flute and meditation music.

Christine was a true friend. She always stepped in to support her friends in any way needed. She gave all her love and energy to them.

In the last few years of her life, she followed her dream of becoming a published author. She published eleven books represented online through her website Spiritwell Creations. This was a lifelong dream come true. She was so proud of getting her words out to others and had many more dreams of books to come.

Christine was an amazing person. Her light and love touched all those she came into contact with. Her spirit moved others and they were drawn to her creative energy. She had no fear for what was to come in eternal life. The warm embrace of God and the universe will surround her in this new journey. She will be missed dearly but as one of her favorite quotes would say, "We exist all the time".

A memorial will be held with family and friends according to Christine's wishes.

Acknowledgements: The Grimm family would like to thank everyone for all the loving support, thoughts, prayers, cards, telephone calls and encouragement through this difficult time.
