This morning I woke up to a world without my beautiful daughter. She was the love, joy and bright light in my life for 48 years.
Before I was able to retire and return home, Chrissy was always there by phone or text multiple times per day. Whenever we discussed life she always had wise advise or the right words. ( I'm so proud to be Chrissy's mom and so proud so many people loved her). I am so proud to have been so loved by her.
I will never be the same without her in my world, but I am so happy to have such an awesome person to call
my daughter.

My heart is so broken. As a Christian I can't help but try and figure out gods plan daily. Chrissy was a light where ever she went and her laugh was infectious. My prayers of comfort go out to Artie, her family and if you knew Chrissy you knew Pearl. Our annual red sweater yankee swap will never be the same. Although I don't understand Gods plan and why he took her way to soon I am forever thankful that I was able to call her my friend.

Christine was my colleague at the Dana-Farber. When I was new there, she took the time to meet with me to help me orient to my new position and she was always willing to extend herself to help her coworkers. She was tremendously dedicated to her program and her patients. It was always a pleasure to stop and chat with her--she made work more fun! She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

My sincere condolences. I met Christine in 2013 and we worked together on the Radiation Injury Treatment Network through Dana Farber. I was lucky she was more than 'someone I work with,' that she became my friend. Such a wonderful, fun, loving person, who I'll miss dearly.

Christine's boundless enthusiasm and complete dedication to our transplant program made her beloved and respected by everyone who worked with her. She was an amazing colleague and friend and a truly gifted mentor - watching the young people she supervised blossom under her guidance was an inspiration to us all. I am deeply grateful for the countless ways she shaped our program and will miss her terribly.

My heart is absolutely broken. Chrissy was, and will always remain, a bright light. So, so, many memories and so, so many laughs. She and Artie lived across the street from me and my late husband Bill for many years. We became fast friends even though I hate to admit I am MUCH older and walked our dogs together almost daily. We had a puppy, Jackson, and Artie came home the next day with Buddy. Chrissy was horified because he was from a pet store, not a breeder, and was sooooo very concerned he would not live long. Well, Buddy, outlived every other dog in our "pack". He only loved Goldens, because of Jackson, and Chrissy said he became senile because he then loved our next Golden, Honey Fitz, and she said he probably thinks it's Jackson. I have so many memories of my dear friend and so many laughs. Our walks with the kids, Michelle and Aimee, who were horrified we "picked up the poop" and horrified we carried home tables and chairs on trash days! My Bill absolutely loved Chrissy.....as did everyone who had the pleasure to meet her. Our last phone call, just a couple of weeks ago, was filled with laughter....I was always trying to get her and Artie back on Lake Street. I would call her whenever an apartment or house was available. Our last call, Chrissy mistakenly gave her Lake Street address to Peapod, not her Park Street address....and I went flapping out to the poor Peapod man to correct this. It was typical. Chrissy could always bring a smile to your face. I will forever miss her....and forever hold her in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with Artie, Pearl and Mike, the girls, her mom and family and many, many friends. To know Chrissy was to love her.....always smiling, always upbeat, always laughing.....and that's how I will remember her. Until we meet again, dear friend, rest in peace.

Christine was a bundle of energy and love. She somehow stayed connected with everyone she worked with, even as she was dealing with illness. She was brave and steadfast and always put her colleagues and patients first. Christine leaves a huge space she had filled in our constellation but I for one will always see her in the stars. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. I will miss her terribly.

My sincerest condolences to Christine's family & friends. I have known Christine for nearly four years through our work in the JFC. She would always make an effort to stop by my desk to catch up with me, help me plan out weekend road-trips around New England, and was eager to see recent photos/videos of my bunny, Fig. She was a pleasure to work with, and she will be deeply missed in the JFC.

I worked with Christine at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I can say every single time I saw Christine she brought a smile to my face. I always enjoyed seeing her and loved working with her. When we had meetings together I always wanted to sit right next to her. She was the type of person you wanted to be around. So warm and so funny. She will be extremely missed.

Artie, Barbara, Pearl, Michael, and Family,

Our hearts are heavy. We know our sadness is shared by many. With every person that Chrissy's life touched, her beautiful spirit, kindness, and dedication was obvious. There is no doubt she was a beacon to everyone who knew her. We will miss her everyday.

With our deepest sympathy and love to all,
