Christine Shields

SHELBYVILLE - Christine Shields, 79, died Wed., Oct. 18, 2006. She is a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Mt. Eden and attended Highland Baptist Church. She was a Southville Homemaker and member of the Shelbyville Chapter 170 O.E.S. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Shields and her parents Raleigh and Bettie Crump. Survivors include: daughters; Mrs. Raymond (Betty Jane) Tingle, Frankfort, Mrs. Rich (Judy) Schmidt, Simpsonville, Mrs. Mike (Patricia) DeRossett, New Castle, KY; grandchildren, Tom Campbell, Owensboro, Shara and Shana Tingle, both of Frankfort. ; a sister, Grace Proctor, Shelbyville. Funeral service will be Sat., Oct. 21 at 2pm at the Shannon Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Conway and Rev. Gary Ellcessor will officiate. Burial will follow at Grove Hill Cemetery.
