Christine Tomlinson Obituary
With incredible sadness the family announces the death of Christine Tomlinson on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the age of 34. Dearly loved momma to Kaitlynn Sawatzky-Tomlinson, Christine will be dearly missed by her parents Lisa West of Sarnia and Gordon Tomlinson of Kitchener, her sister Colleen Tomlinson and brother John West, both of Kitchener. Also lovingly remembered by nieces Angele and Kora-Lynne Tomlinson, nephew Austin Hill, uncles Norm Larocque of Sarnia and Leo Larocque of Michigan, and many other extended family members. Christine was an avid ball player and a long time employee of Linamar. Her memory will live on in all whose lives she touched.
Christine's family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Gathering to celebrate Christine's life will be in the Funeral Home on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Kaitlynn Sawatzky-Tomlinson Trust Fund would be greatly appreciated. i will never forget our memories aunt seen you were like my best friend as long with my aunt. me and you had soo many good memories i dont think we had any bad! i still cant belive that you left me :( but when i get up to where you are were gonna relive all those memories ok? i just want you to come back so i can give you one last hug and kiss and heat your famous chicken noise, you did that soo well lol and the most random time. I will always remember the way Christine danced. She did everything with great physical energy and joy, whether playing ball, dancing or hanging with friends, laughing that memorable laugh. I'm deeply sorry I missed the funeral and I want to say that you were special in my life, Christine. Blessings to her family and friends. Know peace now, Christine.

Christine will forever remain in my memory as the "twin sister" of the summer of grade 6. We were best friends and so many great memories were made with her that I will never forget. She was "daughter" to my dad. Her passing leaves a hole greater than I could have imagined. I have forgotten many things and people over the years, but Christine always was there, she will always hold a special place in my heart. My condolances to her family.

Christine was a very important person to me, I have known her all my life. We have had so many memories that I will never forget. I love her so much, with all my heart...when I was going through rough times she was always there to give me advice. We had such a special bond that no one could ever break.
