Dr. Chris Alexander and his late father Dr. Robert Alexander, have always been an inspiration to me. They were very dedicated, they worked very hard, and they never gave up. They had a higher purpose in life, as they were determined to make the world a better place to live. After all these decades, I am still doing what they taught me. I am still working very hard to make the world a better place to live. We lost both men much too early, as they were both young at heart and young in spirit when they passed away. Their legacy lives on in the lives of so many of their students.

Melissa,Scott,Bobby and Donna:
I am so sorry about Chris' passing. Chris and Frank Conway were my good friends at Bishop Hoban and Kings' College. I lost track over the years but I have a lot of great memories from those times. God bless you Chris.

Dear Melissa and Scott,
I just learned of Chris's passing from Jayne Klenner. I am so very sorry you have had to experience yet another loss. Chris was one in a million...just the kindest heart. I cannot even imagine your heartache. Please know you and Scott are in my thoughts and prayers. Jayne is putting together a Memorial Fund for a bench to be placed in Maria's Garden in Chris's memory. I have sent a donation directly to her to add to the others she has collected.

May GOD comfort you and bring you some peace as you face the difficult days ahead.

With deepest sympathy,
Barbara Martin

Dr. Alexander will be greatly missed by his family, friends, students, and colleagues.

He was a life long friend of my father´s and their adventures made for great stories. I´m grateful that he played a part in creating wonderful memories for my dad.

His father, the late Dr. Robert Alexander was the finest professor I ever had. Dr. Robert Alexander said that the job of the professor is to simplify the complex. He did that very well and because of that, I could understand the world we live in, and become a respected political analyst and enjoy a career in government. He was so dedicated to his students that his goal was to become the best lecturer at King's College. He was not there to make a name for himself, he was there to help his students become successful and make a name for themselves. I never had the honor and pleasure of taking a class with Dr. Christopher Alexander, and it is obvious that he had the same values as his father. This family was totally dedicated to their students and the community. Chris was a great man, a Great American, family man and educator. A heartfelt thank you to the Alexander Family for all they have done for us.

Friends like Chris seldom come into one's life. He and I shared many happy and dark times together. I will forever miss his wit, charm, and one of a kind personality. My sincere condolences to Melissa and Scott who lost a wonderful husband and father.

I was on the Dean's Trophy team in 1991 and 1992 primarily because I enjoyed Dr. Alexander's Marketing class and personality. In the second year of King's being in this competition (1992), we won the overall intercollegiate contest. That team was guided primarily by Dr. Alexander. It was one of the greatest memories of my college career.

Dr. Alexander meant a lot to me, like many of King's faculty. He played a part in my success in business and life. I am disappointed in myself for not reaching out to him sooner.

I want his family to know he made a difference in my life and after almost 30 years I still remembered him fondly. His family did not know me, but their Dad, Husband, Uncle, In-Law, etc was a terrific human being and made a huge difference in scores of people's lives like mine.
His family should be extremely proud of him for his life's work which was making a positive impact on people every day.
He will be greatly missed!

I knew Dr. Alexander from King's though I never had him for class. We knew each other to say hello and had brief conversations from all the homecomings and other events over the years. He will certainly be missed. Sympathy to his family and friends.
