Christopher Joseph Beckmann

Christopher Beckmann, 24, of Metairie, Louisiana fought until the end. But Cancer won. He was taken from this world entering the Kingdom of Heaven on March 24th, 2014. He was born on September 24, 1989 to Cindy and Joseph Beckmann in Metairie, Louisiana. Chris loved his Music, Movies, Books and The Saints. He was funny, Kind, compassionate, hated politics and supported causes close to his heart. Chris is survived by: His mother, Cindy Spizale of Metairie, Louisiana; Father Joseph Beckmann; His sons Remmy and Tristen Beckmann; His sister, Melissa Boudreaux; His Aunt, Michelle Spizale; His uncle Terry Davies; His aunt Wendy Davies; His aunt Terry Bretlet Warren; His aunt Kathryn Penn; His aunt Debra Conrad; His Nana, Paulette Holbrook; His cousins: Amberley and Jonathon Boudreaux , Marissa and Jacob Davies, Vinnie Dalmazio, Lee and Anthony Cavallino and Matthew Penn. Services will be held on Monday March 31st at Greenwood Funeral Home 5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA. There will be a viewing at 9am and Mass at 11am. Burial will follow.
