Christopher "Chris" Ballard Obituary
He was born in Melrose, MA on October 18, 1964, a son of Paul and Margaret (Hall) Ballard.
He was a Mechanical Designer for 10 plus years at at Cobham in Lowell, MA.
Chris loved spending time with his family. He was very active in his children's sport teams. He loved taking motorcycle rides with his father and was an avid Boston Bruins Fan.
Chris is survived by his loving wife of 15 plus years, Lisa A (Wagner) Ballard, of Merrimack,; a son, Ryan C. Ballard and a daughter, Marissa E. Ballard both of Merrimack; a brother, Thomas and his wife Sherri Ballard of AZ; and a sister , Blanche and her husband Steve Tarantino of Hopkinton, MA.; his mother and father in law Jeannine and Leo Wagner, of MA; 2 sisters in law, Kristin and her husband Zane Hammoud of MI and Cheryl and her husband Tim Harrington of MA. and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his father, Paul Ballard.
Calling hours are in the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH on Thursday, June 23, from 6 – 8 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road, Merrimac,k NH, Friday, June 24th at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lyme Disease Foundation, P.O. Box 466, Lyme, CT 06371 .

I first got to know you when Danny & Marissa attended Children's World together. When Danny got involved in Merrimack sports, we always ran into Chris on the sidelines. Such a nice, friendly guy, who glowed with such pride when he talked about his family. So deeply sorry for your loss...and wishing you all the strength you need at this difficult time.
