You were so innovative. You had a knack for finding and supporting art and talent a lot of people overlooked. You bought me my first fedora for my birthday and even published my first chapbook! I am honored to have had you as my slamministrator, travel buddy and friend. In honor of you I will burn any Nickelback CD I find, (you really hated when people requested their music when you Dj'd). Thank you for the platform and the safe space to be myself. Rest easy Vertigo.
