What an amazing friend and amazing chef!!! My fondest memories, our younger years together and the many picnics we had, the craziest fashion we wore in the 80's and jiving to the B52's over and over again. The most classic of them all the bread stick falling out of the good old Morris Minor, gee that car had some guts.

I met Chris when I was just starting my fledging food business back in '93. The first time I met Chris I knew nothing about him but I intuitively knewe that he was definately the most creative, talented and out there chef in Tassie at the time. I later learnt that he had won many awards and was a star not only to me but to the whole industry. We became friends and I loved his parties , he was fun, creative and truly inspirational .
