Not sure what to say?

Chris was such a light. I will remember his smile as one of my favorite parts of my day at MSHS. He could make the worst day so much brighter with that smile and his wit. He was truly a gentleman and the sun shines a little less bright. Some students you just never forget and Chris was certainly one of those. My heart is so sad for your loss and my condolences to your family.

My heart is heavy over this loss and my condolences to the Lech family. I will carry memories of the good times with Lech forever. He was always smiling and making the people around him laugh and smile, too. Quick with a helping hand in any matter and always willing to help troubleshoot when a friend's car wouldn't start. He was a lover of animals- dogs, cats, and even the plecos and fish in my fishtank. Lech had such a big heart and showed kindness to those who were blessed to know him. We had good times off-roading or exploring wooded areas of NJ but some of my favorite times were when we were just all together. Sometimes there was GoldenEye 007 to be played, maybe Tool's 'AEnima' album was playing in the background, but mostly we all just sat around and enjoyed each other's company and conversation and laughter. I wish we could have all been together again to reminisce in person but I know you are at peace now and able to watch over all of us until we meet again beyond this earthly plane.

Chris, I loved you brother. Although we grew apart in our 20s I always cherished our friendship. I loved hanging out, fixing cars with you, and roasting the tires off every car we ever drove. You were a born natural mechanic, and I learned a lot from you in our teens. I wish we could spend just one more day together back in the 90s when the world was a better place and our future had yet to be written.

I’m so sorry to hear of Chris’s passing. I can still see him as a little boy at Woodlawn running around and playing baseball. For a few years more recently, he delivered my mom’s oil and she always told me what a sweetheart he was, and how much she enjoyed having him as her oil man. Sending love and heartfelt prayers to the whole Lech family and to Chris’s son during this time of deep grief.
