Christopher Charles Miller

Christopher Charles Miller was born on January 6, 1962 to Leo and Patricia(Carrier) Miller in Louisville, Kentucky. He passed away at age 61 on June 23 ,2023 following a lengthy illness.

Chris leaves behind his wife Michelle(Persello)Miller and his parents Leo and Patricia Miller of Louisville, Ky. Chris was the proud Dad of a daughter Tawni(Chritopher)Mueller and "son" Joshua(Lindsey)Chester. His sister Teri(Todd)Richey and brother Tony(Kimberly)Miller also reside in Louisville. There are also many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.

Chris graduated from Southern High School in 1980 where he enjoyed running track. He went on to serve in the US Navy on the USS Hector and the USS New Jersey. Chris attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with a degree in advertising from the University of Louisville.

In the year 2012 he joined Michael Loring and the former Stephen Thompson in building and developing the Kentucky Artisan Distillery in Crestwood, Kentucky. He served several years as the Director of the Distillery and at the passing of Mr. Thompson he was appointed the President of the company. He was very passionate about the company and took great pride in the work he put into it.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and to honor his wishes there will be no viewing or funeral services. Instead there will be a celebration of his life at the Kentucky Artisan Distillery, 6230 Old Lagrange Rd in Crestwood , Ky. On Monday July 3, 2023 at 2 pm. In honor of all veterans Chris asks that you donate to the American Legion GI Joe Post 244 in Jeffersontown, Ky in lieu of flowers.
