Chris, Traci and Family,
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. I only met Christopher once but he was "special" because his father (Christopher SR) was always so special to me and he was a part of him so I know he had to be special too. Christopher will always be a special part of our hearts. I pray that God be with you and give you comfort and peace. Your Dad (Uncle Buddy), Christopher and Mike will be watching over you and guiding you throughout your days ahead. They are all your guardian angels and will protect you and comfort you. They will all be missed but they will always remain in our hearts and you will always remain in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless and keep you.

Dear Chris, Traci, Kimberly & Taylor,
Our hearts, thoughts and prayers have been and continue to be with you at this difficult time although we know our words will do little to ease your sorrow. Chris was truly loved by all that knew him. At age 17 Chris surprised Jillian with a Brian Dawkins football jersey as they watched the Eagles game at the Buckleys house. Jillian has worn that jersey for every Eagles game since and says she will continue wearing that #20 jersey forever; always remembering it came from Chris. He was a wonderful young man who has left behind a million memories that will live in your hearts forever. May you find comfort in those memories and strength from family and friends.
With our sincere compassion and sympathy,
Cina Martinez

Chris, Traci and family,
I have been praying since day 1 for all of you. I haven't seen Chris in a long time but I can remember him in his younger years(my years of dating Bob Buckley)I remember him as being a vibrant, jovial person.
With memories that you have we can only wish that would help you ease your pain in time. Please know that god had a duty for Chris and he is in a safe and glorous place. I hope the following will help ease some pain.
When somebody passes a cloud turns into an angel and flies up to tell god to put another flower on a pillow. A bird gives the messege back to the world and sings a silent prayer that makes people cry. People disapper but they never go away. The spirits up there put the sunshine to bed, wake up the grass, and spin the earth in dizzy circles. Sometimes you can see them dancing in a cloud during the daytime when they are suppose to be sleeping. They paint the rainbows and also the sunsets and make waves splash & tug at the tide. They toss shooting stars and listen to wishes. When they sing wind songs, they whisper to us "don't miss me much the view is nice and i am doing just fine". We were all blessed to have known your son and what a fine young man he was. May your family, friends and god be your salvation during this difficult time.

Boy Wonder
I had the pleasure of knowing and loving Chirs like a second son. He was my son Jame's Best Friend and worked for my husband as well. So he was at our house quite often. It brightened my day to see him come in for breakfast in the morning, and smile and say " I smell bacon" It makes me smile even as I write it.
Chris's My Space Name was "Boy Wonder" As I write these words I can not think of anyway or anything more appropriate to remember him by.
Chris loved life. He reminded James shortly before he died
that tomorrow is promised to no one. That life is a gift and you should live each day with joy in your heart, and with out regret.
Chris practiced what he preached. He was truly WONDERFUL BOY. You could see right into his soul with those beautiful blue eyes and know that there was nothing there but Kindness: and it reflected right back at you when he would flash you the big Cheshire Cat Grin.
It is NO WONDER that in his passing he continued to bring out the good in us all. He brought the people of this town together in a remarkable way as we searched to bring him home. They came from far and wide. Hell they came from across the Country! They helped with out being asked. They gave of their time and money. Strangers became Friends.
I find it such a fitting tribute to the way he lived his life. Perhaps it took us so long to find him because he wanted to get his message across to us, that we should behave this way everyday.
Chris and Tracy you rasied a WONDERFUL BOY, and that is how I will always remember him. My heart aches for you and your family with this horrific loss, but I hope that the legacy of life that Chris left behind in his death with warm your hearts and help to ease your sorrow.
I know that he will forever watch over you and your family. The Angels will light the quarter moon with his smile.
He called himself "Boy Wonder" I will remember him ALWAYS as "WONDERFUL BOY"
We were blessed to have him in our heart and in our home. Casper James and I will miss him every day.

To the Pettit Family:
There are no words that will take away any of the pain that you all are experiencing. I took comfort in this guest book of Bill's and still visit it almost daily. I don't know if you will find the same comfort, but maybe you will. My loss can't compare to that of losing a child, but I know what it is like to lose a nephew and a husband and I am truly very sorry for your loss. Christopher was a good young man. He will be missed by many. My prayers are with your family.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
