Christopher Sieczkowski

Scottsdale - Christopher Sieczkowski, 62, passed away on May 25 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chris was born on August 5, 1961 in San Bernardino, California to James A. Sieczkowski "deceased" and Florence T. Farrell Sieczkowski. Chris was the 9th of 11 children and was a loving son, brother and uncle to his large and active family. Although he spent his very early years in California, Phoenix was his home. Chris attended St. Theresa's Elementary School and graduated from Gerard Catholic High School in 1979 where he played football and ran track. Chris worked various jobs in his life before taking an early disability retirement. He loved sports, collecting team baseball caps, playing and watching games, listening to rock and roll music, reading fiction books and spending time with his family. He left us unexpectedly when he heard God call his name. He will be missed but always loved. He is preceded in death by his dad, and sisters Terry and Rita Catherine. He is survived by his family with is mother Flo, sisters Rose, Julie, Patty, Helen and brothers Andy, Joe, Paul and Dan. Viewing will be held Thursday, June 20th at Messinger Mortuary in Scottsdale from 5-7 pm with a rosary following at 7. Mass will be held Friday, June 21st at 10 am at OLPH Catholic Church in Scottsdale with reception and internment following mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
