Sending our deepest sympathy and condolences to Chris’s family at this sad time.
Chris Smith
A legacy of kindness, of connecting and reconnecting people, of offering joy and humour. To remember Chris we will have 10 trees planted that will clean the air and provide oxygen. A fitting and ongoing legacy to his memory.

Chris was my cousin from my mum's side, thought we have never met in person but we made it a point to stay connected on Facebook. I pray that God gives the family strength during this difficult period. May his soul rest in peace.

I became acquainted with Chris on Face Book a few years ago and we also spoke on the phone. I always enjoyed his posts and we exchanged messages via FB. His capacity for caring was unlimited. I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to all of his family. We who knew him through FB and also his Kleinburg Kids and their friends group will miss him terribly. Here's to a life well lived; to a unique individual and gone too soon. I am so grateful to have known him for the few years that I did.

Chris is my nephew on his Father's side. We both had a special bond and would discuss everything personal and family and he wanted me to listen and I would. When he was in the Real Estate business and if he was anywhere in the area of Mississauga, call me and say, coming over for lunch, got anything nice for me? He was always so welcomed. I loved Chris and I am so very very sad. My sad thought to remember, he called me on May 12th and said, just called to tell you Aunty June I love you very much, and I said, the same to you. I have other nephews but you are special. Helen hope we will continue with that bond. Love you and Alec. God Bless ..Aunty June
