Christopher Michael Springsteel, known affectionately as Chris, passed away on July 4, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 19. Born on September 10, 2004, in Somerville, New Jersey, Chris was a vibrant young man cherished for his great sense of humor and the joy he brought to those around him.

Chris is survived by his loving mother, Christine Springsteel; his sister, Marissa Springsteel; his grandmother, Joyce Springsteel; his aunt, Rebecca Donohue; his cousin, Ayden; and his father Michael Springsteel. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen Springsteel.

Details regarding the memorial service will be arranged and announced once Chris has been brought home to New Jersey. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time and will share information about the service as plans are finalized. A gofundme has been set up to help his mother pay for everything.

I know there are no words to express our sorrow but we want you to know how so terribly sorry we are for what you are going threw! I met your "Christopher" once when he was a precious baby when you came to my house for a visit!
And I´ll always remember how Happy you were......so you must always keep those happy memories till you meet him again some day.
