Chuck E. Clemons, 56, passed away Friday afternoon, January 20, 2012. He was a resident of Greenwood. He was born December 17, 1955 in Indianapolis to Richard "Dick" Clemons and Carol Baker Clemons. He married Melanie Leet on June 26, 1976 in Indianapolis. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Laura (Josh) Langton of Virginia Beach, VA and Morgan Clemons of Greenwood; two brothers, Stephen "Steve" (Kinko) Clemons of Indianapolis and Phil (Diane) Clemons of Mooresville; and one sister, Tracey (Steve) Sellers of Brownsburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Michael Clemons. He was the General Manager of Bob Rohrman Suzuki in Indianapolis. Chuck was a loving and caring husband as well as an adored father. He was the favorite uncle to multiple nieces and nephews. His hobby was cooking. He loved going to wine festivals and enjoyed ballroom dancing. Calling hours will be from 4-8PM, Tuesday, at Wilson St.Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main Street, Greenwood. Rev. James H. Dodson will officiate a funeral service at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday at the funeral home.

Melanie and family- I am shocked and sorry to learn of Chuck's passing. I will cherish all my memories of Chuck his sense of humor, his talent as a leader and musician, and his smile that made me feel comfortable and welcome to be around him.

Melanie and daughters!!!! So shocked and so sorry for your loss. Out thoughts and prayers are with you. I worked with Chuck at Paul Harvey Ford, he was a great friend and dedicated person, loved his jokes and easy going personality.. I will cherish the memories of having worked with Chuck and having known him.
