Dear Karen and family, I was so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I have been retired and living in FL for many years now, so I am sorry this is late. I was just reading some items on Phil Wahl and came across Chuck's obituary, or I would still not have known. Please accept my sincerest thoughts and prayers, and be comforted in God's grace, and the knowledge that Chuck is safe in God's Holy Keeping, now and forever, and that he is waiting to see you all again. Our family has suffered such tremendous loss these past few weeks. We are saddened by the loss of our brother and uncle Chuck. Jerry and I will always remember the fun times that we had together. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Karen,
I am so sorry to hear of Chuck's death. He was such a great guy to work with. I was always amazed at the depth of knowledge he had about our industry and his willingness/ability to share that information with others. Truly one of the best teachers the automotive industry ever had.
My prayers go out to you and your family. I know he will be missed by all.

My prayers are thoughts are with the Downs family. I had the honor to work with Chuck and Charlie at Kwik-Way. Sending my prayers to all.
