Dear Alison & Family,
It has been along time since we spent time together. We have thought of Cindy & you often over the years. We will always remember Cindy as a gentle and understanding lady. Cindy always had a smile and kind words for everyone. We are very sorry for your loss, and the world has lost someone very special.

Dear Allison
please accept our deepest condolences on your recent loss. Your mother was such a special person. I worked with her on the social committee at Crispin Bays and truly enjoyed every minute with her. Unfortunatley we just yesterday heard of her passing , so we were unable to attend her service, but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you now.

Susan and I didn't know Cindy well, but we do know she was a great friend to my sister Maureen for many years. That counts a lot. We hope Alison will take strength from knowing her mum had the capacity to make and keep a lot of good friends. That is a gift we don't all have. It takes love and faithfulness. Cindy obviously had that in abundance. Rest in peace.

To Alison and family: We are so sorry for your loss. We only knew Cindy for a short time but we were always met with a smile and pleasant conversation. Our dog Buddy and her dog Charley became pals and we would share a walk now and again. Cindy was always positive, even when she was not well. It was a pleasure knowing her. She will truly be missed. Alison, Freda, Les and Family. What can one say to ease your pain...to comfort you at this time. There are no word to make this any easier to understand. Just know that Cindy was much loved by her friends. She was an incredible woman and touched the lives of many. We had lots of laughs and I will never forget how easy she was to be around. She always had a smile for you. They say the good die young and I believe it. She was taken from us far too soon. Cindy will live on in our hearts. I will miss you my friend. Peace be with you.

I only got to spend a few years knowing Cindy, when she lived in Australia. I will always remember her smile. She was my Aunt through her marriage to Alison's father. At the time I wasn't sure why she returned to Canada, but as I grew older, I understood her reasons & admired that she knew what would be best for her baby girl. The strength it must have taken her to make that decision is to be commended.
My thoughts are with you all, even though I have never met most of you. Brad I remember you & am thinking of you. Kym Annetts & Family, Gold Coast Queensland, Australia.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your nana and papa and to everyone else who was close to cindy.

Growing up in the co-op, Cindy was like a second mother to me. I knew that whatever the problem, if my Mum wasn't there for any reason, Cindy was. I remember Christmases together and Halloween parties. Girl's make-up parties and birthday parties. Seems like we had lots of parties! Cindy knew how to laugh and make others laugh and for this and so much more, I will always remember her with a great big smile.
Alison, thanks for sharing your Mum through those years. If you need anything at all, we're here for you.

Dear Frieda, Les and Alison:
Cindy : she was such a dear friend and words cannot say what I feel. You should be so proud of your daughter/Mum she accomplished so much in her short time here. I will miss her laugh her smile and everything about her. I wanted to share what I read today:
As long as the sun shines...
the wind blows...
the rain falls...
You will live on inside of me forever
for that is all my heart knows.
I always remember Cindy saying how much she loved to walk in the wind because she felt it took all her worries away. I felt her with me today as I walked in the wind and it made me smile and think of her fondly.
Love Maureen
