A smile and spirit like Cindy's is not forgotten.

My prayers and thoughts are with Cindy's friends and family at this sad sad time. Having seen her at the end of a nozzle during the Pride parade I could see she was someone so full of life and love. Those who knew her were truly touched by an angel. God Bless Cindy and know that you are missed, terribly and will never be forgotten.

Cindy's intelligence, spirit and positive outlook on life was her strength and gift to those who knew her. I will miss her.

You were larger than life. You lived big. You loved big. You touched and changed so many lives... all for the good. I didn't know you well but your passing leaves me feeling so profoundly sad... We'll miss you in the hood. We'll miss you at Pride... Your example and positive energy lives on...

My deepest condolences go out to Cindys' family, and friends. She was one of a kind and a pleasure to know. Her presence will be missed but never forgotten.

Cindy, You came into Debbie's and my life as a young firefighter,. I was your Captian at No 5 hall. Your smile was what made you apart from all the rest of my crew. And when I am made to eat Yem Fries or anything to do with Yems I will always remember you. You were a very valuable part of my crew and a great person to know. Patick and I will remember those days ( Do you remember tehetehe) Cheers my dear Cindy.

Ah baby faced Cins. I was saddened and shocked at the news. As i said before the world is a quieter place without you in it. I am honoured at being able to call you my friend. I remember "back in the day" we met you. We started calling you "baby Cin's", after the cartoon character Baby Huey. You were so tall, and sweet, & you wouldn't hurt a fly. It was all done with love. Thats the real message Cin's, I love you and will always miss the obvious, Pride Parade soakings.We are all so proud to have called you friend, proud of everything you have accomplished in the all too short time you were here. We will never be the same without you. I know that Roy boy was there to meet you. I'm so sorry it went this way.Why you? Why not me? There's no telling why things happen the way they do. What can one say at a time like this? Cindy came the the VFRS with so much enthusiasm and hope that it was hard for a person not to get up caught up in that feeling also. She was a special lady who sought to make an impact on the world and all those within. I count myself fortunate enough to have met her and been influenced by her spirit. My condolences to all those special people that Cindy held in her heart and left behind not just to morn a tragic loss, but to look at a life that was constantly being fulfilled in new and wonderful ways.
