I am so sorry to have found out just today that a good friend of mine passed away. I met Ciro when he first opened his first restaurant there in Edinburg. Even though I was there on business, Ciro and I became friends for many years. He was a true example of someone looking for the American Dream. He became very successful and it couldn't have happened to a better person. My condolences to Sonia and the rest of the Aldape family. Ciro will be missed by all those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
