Claire "Papa" Allan, dearly loved father of Corinne and Cheryl, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017, with his daughters at his side, at the age of 74 years. Dad was a man of love, generosity, fun, inspiration, influence, and an entrepreneurial spirit. As a true architect of life he built a family of love and strength, relationships that were genuine, art that is cherished, businesses that were successful, and a community of/ with support. Simply put Dad was an amazing man! Claire is survived by his daughters, Corinne Allan of Vancouver and Cheryl Allan of Calgary; his two grandchildren, Kevan and Dillon; and his brother Calvin (Marlene) Allan. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In living memory of Claire Allan, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.

Cheryl, Corrine & families, my deepest condolences on the loss of your Dad. He was a treasured friend of Art and I, and I often think of the good times we had together. I hope in time, happy memories will replace he grief you are now feeling.
