Dear Briggs family,
You may or may not remember me but I
happened to see your mom's name in todays
paper and I wanted to send my condolences
to you all.
On a lighter note...Even though I
live in South Fayette I still go the
Carnegie Library on Beechwood Avenue in
Carnegie and periodically I pass your
old homestead. I hope this missive finds
you all doing well under the circumstances.
Best regards,
Jim O'Toole
