I will always remember our trips to Rhode Island as kids, being so excited to go to grandpa and nana´s house. Nana was the first one to paint our nails! And she would make us mac and cheese with hot dogs and barbeque sauce, that is such a distinct memory that will always make me smile. Sending so much love to you, Grandpa!

I will always have the best memories as a kid going to visit my Grandpa and Nana in Rhode Island. Nana always made my sisters and I mac and cheese with mini hot dogs in bbq sauce. It was our favorite! She also saved all the bread ends so we could walk down to the pond together to feed the ducks. I also loved showing her the crochet projects I was working on throughout the years and I appreciated her teaching me how to make crochet-topped towels, something I've continued to make even today! Thank you, Nana, for all the happy memories. You will be missed.

Dad - You know that Nana was a very big part of our girls' lives growing up. I'm pretty sure she was the one who got them started on clear finger nail polish! You both always came to the numerous birthday parties and many other gatherings with my family in attendance. Claire's gift through the years was always something she made, crocheted, like dish towels, scrubbies, place mats, pot holders, hot pads. She really enjoyed it when we took an interest in learning how to make these things because after so many years her fingers were too nimble to continue such intricate work. These handmade gifts will remain for a long time as well as the many memories we have of her. Gone but certainly not forgotten! It is a beautiful thing that your family surrounds you with love during this time of loss and adjustment. Love - Ann
