William A. Deterline
William Alexander Deterline II, 50, of Woodbridge died Monday, April 7, 2008, from cancer.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Alexander Deterline I. He is survived by his loving wife, Penny Deterline; two sons, William Alexander Deterline III and Christian Tyler Wright Deterline; two step-sons, Joshua Dawes and Jeremiah Dawes; his future daughter-in-law, Tamra Blair; and one grandson, William Alexander Deterline IV. He also is survived by his mother, Susan M. North; and his siblings, Diane Deterline, and Mary Bonzo, of Fredericksburg, Kimberly Deterline, Mark Deterline, Brooke Deterline and Charlie Deterline, all of North California. He also is survived by his mother-in-law, Janice Absher, of Plymouth, Ohio; a brother-in-law, William McLaughlin of Cabot, Ark.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was the former owner of ABD Appliance Distributors of Lorton, and most recently worked at Appliance Connection in Woodbridge.
Family and friends may call at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge, on Wednesday, April 9, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
A funeral will be held on Thursday, April 10, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Evercare Hospice.
