I can remember when we were kids and my grandparents were taking produce to the farmers market Dorothy's donuts and bake goods were always next to my grandparents. And if we were good, and helped grandpa and grandpma we were allowed to get donuts from her. And sometimes when we came along to help she would have us help her get to the back of the truck to reach the things that she could not reach.

She was always a sweet lady and talked about her family often. Hope that all the good memories that you have help you during this time of loss. Your family is in our prayers.

Soda & Rado & Family,
When I was pastor at Friedens, Dorothy's presence was always appreciated. I liked her desire to be part of the church and was thankful for her participation. I spoke to her briefly when we paid a visit to Friedens last October. She lived a full & good life. May God's love comfort you in your grief.

Rado and Brenda:
So sorry to hear of Dorothy's death. She was a special lady who will be missed by all. I can still see her helping with the catering. We all enjoyed her stories as we ate together. I am sure she is entertaining a whole new audience. Who knows, she and my Dad may be having a story-telling right about now. I wouldn't place a bet on who has the best story, would you? Out thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God Bless you all.

I will always remember going up to Dorothys house with my dad on opening morning of deer season and cooking up a big breakfast for all of the hunters out in the woods. I know that Dorothy,Jake and my Dad will have a big breakfast prepared for all of us when it is our time to be called up. Dorothy you will be missed.

Many years ago I taught Sunday School with Dorothy at Central Church. She was a lady of many talents and will be sorely missed.
