Libba,

I was so sad to hear about your mother. I know how sad you must be. We somehow think we will have our mothers forever. You are in our thoughts and prayers and I know your mother is rejoicing in Heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ. I am in Greensboro, NC with Fran as she is in preterm labor but we are thinking about you and will be in touch when I get back.

God's peace to you.

BooBoo,
We were so sadden to hear about Aunt Clara passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. We loved Aunt Clara so much and remember all of the wonderful times we shared with her at the Masters.
God Bless,

Libba,
You know how much Clara meant to me. She was Mama #2 (sometimes even #1)! I will dearly miss her fond rememberance of my "pewfume," and other childhood and youthful foibles which seemed to amuse her always. I regret not being able to be in Augusta to be with you and your family in your grief, but just know that I am there in spirit, and you all are in my prayers. I love you and will look forward to seeing all of you soon.

Love always,

Philip, Sr.

Libba,

Words cannot express to you how sorry I am to hear about your Mother. She lived a long wonderful life and it was time to go home. You being her daughter was her gift by God and you being her faithful daughter until the last was your gift to her. You helped and loved her until the last. May God bless you, Libba, and remember I love you, Cecilia Pittman
