Clara Skipper

My deepest condolences to the Skipper Family. My sister, Sarah Mitchell, went to college with Mrs. Skipper's daughter, Mattie. Sarah told of the good times when she stayed with the family during the summer, and the good times spent with Mrs. Clara's directing of the cleaning and many other family chores; Sarah felt right at home with the whole family. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

To Mattie, Gracie, Annie Pearl and the Brothers,
You have my deepest sympathy and condolences in this time of grief. Mrs. Skipper was a mother to me while I visited her home and the whole family treated me with much love. Miss Clara is what I called her, giving me so much advice with her abundance of wisdom-she and her husband raised a beautiful family- I will truly miss her. May the family find peace and comfort in God's word and in the many precious memories you all shared and will always remember.
