His songs that just made you rock and bounce. I attended his live performance in Cleveland, Moon Dog Ball around 1987. The crowd was rocking for sure. You just smiled when you heard him singing. Contagious, a good thing.

Uncle Frogman was one of a kind. He always had a story to tell whether it was good or bad about anybody or anything! He didn't hide his true feelings about anything! He didn't take no prisoners. If he had something to say he was going to say it, and didn't care about your feels. That was Frogman gotta love him for being him. Tehehehe! My hat goes off to his daughter Kathy Henry the world witness her on the local news caring for her dad during his time of need during the storm. The whole world witnessed the love she shown for her dad when no one else did without having their hands out! My condolences goes out to all of his 10 children and grandchildren they all Love their grandpaw and dad tremendously! I pray that the day come when they stand before the decision maker and express all of their concerns. Frogman was loved not only by his family and friends but the entire world loved them some
" Frogman Henry."

Rest well in your new home!

My condolences and prayers to the family of Mr. Clarence "Frogman" Henry. I first remember him from when I was a young girl growing up on Whitney Ave. I attended school with a few of his older children, and I even had the pleasure to teach some of his children at L. B. Landry High School. "Frogman" was always a kind and friendly person to me. God rest his soul in Heavenly peace, and let the perpetual light shine upon him!

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. My favorite memories of Frog is at the Jazz Festival when he would invite me and my family ...Elmore Patin, Barbara Patin, and my son Corey... backstage to watch him perform. Watching him and the crowds enjoying his performances was something we looked forward to every year. Rest in heaven Frog. Not lonely anymore, joining my dad and mom laughing til the sun comes up. You are sorely missed.
Condolences to the family.
Sincerely,
Bernadette Patin-Broussard and family.

I remember Frogman playing at Lastrada Lounge 450 Bourbon St. He worked for my dad Nick Karno. He was a talented man and very kind. I just to love to listen to him sing. He played at my wedding and what a great entertainer. May his memory be a blessing to all.

I'll never forget being introduced to you in front of your place in New Orleans, then promptly singing "I Don't Know Why, But I Do" to you and your entourage. I knew all the words, even though I was only 9 years old when that song came out. You were so nice, and seated us in the front right at the stage. Thank you for your music, and may you rest in peace.
