Clarence "Boonie" Marshall, Jr., a tug boat captain for Tide Water Marine departed this life on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Husband of Yolanda Marshall. Father of Danielle Goffner and Bria Goffner. Grandfather of Terry Smith, III and Terrence Ingram, Jr. Son of Vera W. Marshall and the late Clarence Marshall, Sr. Brother of Kevin Marshall and the late Henry Marshall, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 44 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Chalmette, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Mt.
