CAMERON, Claude, 93, of Plant City died December 7, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Allene; son Carney Cameron and his wife Judy of Brandon; daughters, Eleanor Poppell of Plant City, and Peggy Johnson of Seminole; sister, Pauline Wiggins of Plant City; five grandchildren, Mark and wife Susie Poppell, Jon and wife Leslie Poppell, Peggy and husband Larry McKinney, Alan and wife Denita Cameron, and Kelly and husband Steve Susie; and seven great-grandchildren, Cameron Poppell, Justin Cameron, Daniel Poppell, Michael Poppell, Seth Poppell, Nicholas Susie, and Kaylin Dunn. Claude was born in Orange Lake, Fla. and has lived here since childhood. He was a farmer, a member of Berea Baptist Church for 49 years, Deacon Emeritus, a deacon for 46 years, and a Sunday School teacher for youth and adults. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Hemphill officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment wi ll be in Hopewell Memorial Gardens. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Berea Baptist Church, 4305 S. Jim Redman Parkway. Haught Funeral Home - 717-9300
