1929 - 2014
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, Claude Ferdinand passed away on November 9, 2014. Beloved husband of Rosa Diamond- Ferdinand. Devoted father of Shirley Simmons, Clive, Collin, Cornel, Carl, Glynis, Candace, Dawn and Raquel Ferdinand. Loving father-in-law of Cheryl, Cheryl L., Dawn Ferdinand and Jerry Beckles. Dearest brother of Enid, Stephen, Lennox, Monica, Adolf, Shirley, Milroy, Ingrid, the late Stephanie and the late Compton. Cherished grandfather of Shauna, Quincy, Warren, Darryl, Krystle, Tremayne, Theon, Niya and the late Riya. Loving son-in-law of the late Toby Diamond. Will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews and long-time family friends. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275, Sources Blvd., Dollard- des-Ormeaux, Qc H9B 2A6 (514) 685-3344 on Friday, November 14, 2014 as of 11 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
