My friend I´ll miss you . I met him in the 60´s . at Shoneys on Dickerson Rd . in Nashville.I always kept I touch. I was wondering why he didn´t answer his phone it´s sad to find out he passed. He was a Wonderful man . Im glad he sand Family Bible . He´s singing in Heaven now . God Bless his Family

Even though I didn't know Mr. Gray, I registered as a "friend " because it's the way he made me feel by listening to his records. They are some of the best ever produced, in my opinion, in any field of music. His voice was so smooth, commanding, and touched your soul. My hope is that one day he receives the recognition he so richly deserves. May God Bless his soul !!
