Uncle Claude will be dearly missed by all who knew him. We are so fortunate to have had such a special uncle. Uncle babtized me and my sons Mark, Matthew and Dean as well as he married Doug and myself. We are so blessed to have had such personal sacraments. I know uncle is in an awesome place in heaven....no doubt making all those around him laugh.

What a gift it was to have Fr. Claude with us in Israel as he travelled his final Pigrimage on earth, following in Jesus' footsteps. He did it all and loved every moment, in particular his "Mountain Top Reflection" on Mount Tabor and the daily masses he concelebrated with my son, Fr. Mark. A bonus blessing for all of us who journeyed with him. We will treasure those memories forever. My condolences to all the family. Much love and prayers.

Fr. Claude was an adventurous person always keen about new ideas and ways to reach people and spread the good news. He was a spark plug for the Redemptorist mission team and carried his "missionary spirit" wherever he went. He carried that spirit into the parishes he served. He was always willing and ready to help out whatever the need.

Our sincerest condolences to the Lemieux family and the Redemptorist family. Fr. Claude was a good friend from college days at St. Mary's College in Brockville, Ontario, 1956. We will always remember him as a wonderfully warm and generously gifted person with a sense of humour and the common touch. As a Redemptorist priest, he touched the lives of many people through his dedication and good work. We will miss him.

My sincere condolences and sympathy to all the family. Although I met Claude only a few times, his joyful serenity made an impression on me. Clotilde, Ben, Roger: you are particularly in my thoughts and prayers at this time. I also assure you of the prayers of the Sisters of the Presentation in Saskatchewan, in particular in Saskatoon and Prince Albert.
