Cleo "Flower Man" Tucker

Cleo was a good and respectful man we both had the same birthday in which we would catch one another at the clubs on our birthdays and have a good time. I just had a nice time with him about a month ago and we danced all night long. I will miss your smile, flowers and stuffed animals. RIP may God bless your family through this difficult time.
