Clifford DANN MBE

On his memorial service scheduled for Tomorrow, Tuesday, 10th. April, 2018.
Mwamko families will always live to Remember Dr. Clifford for his dedication and great efforts to support the families access better houses. They will cherish his noble contribution towards the project.

Oh no an angel gone. May his soul rest in peace. I first met him in 2008 at Belfast CASLE Conference and visited Malawi July 2010 for CASLE/SIM International Conference.

Last met Dr. Clifford Dann in 2015 and our hopes were high then, that we will meet again in late 2016 but that was never to happen. I remember very well, immediately after we concluded our meeting at Fairview Hotel, he escorted me to the main gate on my way out after exchanging nice photos.


He touched my shoulders and asked me to promise him one important thing that I will not abandon his charity Project or allow the beneficiaries to disintegrate. I gladly accepted to take and keep the promise.

Having known each other for more than 10 years, I couldn't afford turn down his promise and to date, am working very hard to fulfill the promise. I can confidently say am keeping up the promise and will continue to keep it.


Clifford was a gentleman with heart of gold and I shall forever cherish the great moments we had together and He was always there to fight for the interest of the poorest among the poor and kept it very close to his heart.

Knowing how wonderful you were from dearest friend Angela, I feel I knew you , you are missed and shall always be the King to Angela

Although we live in Australia uncle Clifford kept in touch and visited us on at least 2 occasions. He was close to my mother and father - Rona and Doug Evison

Clifford was our very good friend for many years. Barry and Mary Horsman
