Cliff Decker and I were brought together through Scouting and the church at a time when I needed a father. Thank you to his family for sharing him. He has remained an influence on my life for more than a half century. Though time and distance have come between us, the memory of "Decker" has never diminished, and he continues, for me, to be a profound model.

Cliff was a very special man. He had the ability to make those around him feel special. My camp experiences were enlightened by him. I will not forget the lessons he taught me. I thank God for the time I had with him.

Cliff was a great person and friend, he always had a story to tell. He served his country, church, scouts and family well. His visits have been missed since his retirement, but would be remembered in various conversation. Peace and Love to you Cliff!

Brian and Becky:
My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family on the loss of your father. I enjoyed visiting with you while feeding my mom at Montclair. I know this is a bittersweet time for you---hard to let go of your loved one, but so happy that our Heavenly Father was there to welcome your Dad to his heavenly home. Peace to you both.

Cliff was an inspiration to many people. I admired him as a special friend. I lost my father in March of this year and understand the loss that you are enduring.cliff and my father were both involved in the boy scouts and achieved the silver beaver award, these are two of my hero's as they were so alike in there lives. I just want to say I am so sorry for the loss of a great man and friend.
