Clifford F. Haney Jr.

Clifford F. Haney, Jr., 70, of Allentown died Saturday, March 5, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Margaret S. (Erbe) Haney with whom he celebrated 28 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Clifford F. Haney, Sr. and Dorothy E. (Fulmer) Haney. Clifford served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and received the Good Conduct Award and the National Defense Service Medal. He was an employee of Glazier's Furniture Store for 30 years before retiring. After retirement, he served as the van driver for the Clubhouse of Lehigh County. He was an active volunteer for many years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters Lehigh Valley. Clifford enjoyed fishing, baseball and books. Survivors: Wife; brother, Robert Haney and his wife Alla of Allentown; sister, April Spaits of Coplay; nieces; nephews; great nephews. Services: Funeral Service Noon Wednesday in the J.S.
