Clifford Moore Obituary

LINCOLN - Clifford I. Moore, 88, of Lincoln and formerly of North Smithfield, died November 18, 2017 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Annette (Bazinet) Moore. Born in North Smithfield, RI, he was the son of the late
Clifford and Cora (Cournoyer) Moore.
He worked for the former Almac's until his retirement in 1990. He was a member of the United States Navy and a Korean War veteran. Clifford was a past member of the Teamster's Union, a part of the CYO at St. John the Evangelist as well as an umpire for little league.
He is survived by son, Michael Moore and his wife Louise of Slatersville; daughter, Kathy (Moore) Morgan and her husband Robert of Granbury, TX; brother, Gilbert Moore of Slatersville; three grandchildren, Steven (Moore) Yu, Melissa (Moore) Carpentier, Richard Iannelli, three great-grandchildren, Aidan, Jeremy, Aliza, and also his companion, Jeannine Gelinas of North Smithfield. He was preceded in death by his brothers Robert and David Moore.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church Street. The family will receive friends starting at 10:30 AM prior to service time. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery.

So sorry to read of Cliff's passing. He was a good friend to all who knew him. We could always count on him to be there and do a good job when he was scheduled to umpire. My condolences to the family.
