CLIFFORD WOCKENFUSS Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 6, 2015.
WOCKENFUSS CLIFFORD C., Jr.
Of Pittsburgh, passed away December 27, 2014, surrounded by family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Patti; sons, Clifford (Annette), Brian (Melanie), and Steven (Tara); daughter, Susan (Doug); sister, Shirley Ann; and with ten cherished grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes (Cook); stepfather, William Eppelein; and best friend and cousin, Clyde Cook, Jr. Cliff, also known as "Pops", was a U.S. Navy veteran and enjoyed a lifelong passion for his work as a metal fabricator, draftsman and business owner. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, cheap beer, a good book, any food his loving wife made him, buttermilk and a good sandwich, spending time with friends, watching his grandchildren grow up, the History Channel, complaining about politicians and forwarding all those hilarious emails with puppies and kittens. Cliff's cheerful personality, lively sense of humor and sage advice will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace "Pops". A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on January 10, 2015, at Coraopolis Towers, 951 First Ave., Coraopolis, PA, followed by a remembrance gathering at the Pulaski Lodge in West End. All who wish to celebrate Cliff's memory are welcome.
