Shasta Lake, CA
Clinton Dale Roush passed away peacefully at home in Shasta Lake, CA on February 26, 2016 at the age of 68.
Clint was born in Elk Grove, CA on January 9, 1948. At a young age his family moved to Woodlake, CA. He graduated from Woodlake Union High School in 1966.
As a teenager he met the love of his life, Kathy. They married in 1968 and settled in King City, CA in 1970 when he became a deputy with the Monterey County Sheriff's Office. They moved to Salinas, CA in 1974. Clint remained with the sheriff's office until 1992 when he and Kathy relocated to Shasta Lake, CA. He then worked as a deputy for Shasta County Sheriff's Office with lake patrol on Lake Shasta and the Office of Emergency Services.
Clint loved boating, camping, golfing, shooting, coaching softball (Redding Rebels), telling jokes, playing cards, and, above all else, spending time with his family.
Clint is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathy, his daughters Lukrynda Michels (Charlie), Kessie Beck (Dennis), his grandchildren Lindsey and Tyler Beck, and Matthew Michels, and his brothers Lawrence and Eldon.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 3:00 at the John Beaudet Community Center, 1525 Median Avenue, Shasta Lake, CA.
Clint was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

RIP Clinton. Yes, gone but never forgotten. I remember the day I first met you and your little family in Salinas, CA. we had your mom (Ruth) with us.
