Clyde was a good friend when we were at West Point. After our branch schooling, I never saw him again but I remember him well. He is missed.

From David E. Bolte, West Point 1949, Colonel, Retired: Clyde and I were company-mates in Company B1, friends for four years at West Point and infantrymen, in schooling at Fort Riley and Fort Benning before "attending" the Korean War. I grieve at his passing, though we are at that age. I new Gail; they, together, were my friends and I wish the best for the chrildren and grandchildren, for they came from great stock.
