Cole Tyler Perkins

It has been over 3 years now since we have lost you. It is not often that i write but, I feel that I must. Cole, you were an amazing friend of my brother and I. You were so polite to my family and there was never a day where I could say you have been anything but positive. As a close friend, I want to say thank you. Thank you for every memory we have together. Whether it was from the time we had in Florida on vacation, to the time where we would jump from my mothers vehicle while riding from the side just to visit your house for a little while, I could never see myself doing that with anyone else. Cole, I do not need to light a candle for you because well, you are the candle. You shine bright in every way possible. You were so positive and outgoing. So until later, Goodbye Cole Perkins. I will miss you.

I barely knew Cole, but when I had the news at the school I was devastated and so was everyone else. Cole Perkins will forever be missed for his joy and laughter he had and passed on to others.

Cole, as much as I wanted to know you, I didn't. At least not as well as I would like too. We never really talked, but you were best friends with my brother and that's all that took. You were also best friends with my friend Bethy. I guess you two lived in the same neighborhood or something like that, but she was heartbroken. I remember at least five of my friends that I knew (including me) went into the restroom and cried. Cole you are an amazing person and I truly miss you. You were an amazing friend. I know i barely knew cole but he seemed so nice.my friends, zaria,abby ,and jenna all loved him he was fine thursday but he is gone now but we will always miss him

Cole was like a brother to me and I'm gonna miss how he always put a smile on my face and I'll forever remember every 4th of July going to his house and playing with fire works in the street. He always listened to me and cared. I pray everyday for his family to be strong and I tell him every day that I'll have a good day for him and try my hardest to make someone's day better like he did to me and many other people that knew him

When I heard the news I was at a hockey game Coles Really close friend Kyle Erwin's dad was at the hockey game and he covered his most with a piece a paper and whisper to my dad told him he needed to talk to him and when I got home they told me and I ran to my room and I bawled

Cole was like a brother to me and a really good best friend everybody at Bon Lin Middle will miss I am praying for the family and all of his friends i will miss him . He made everybody laugh he was really funny . I will not forget him he will be in my heart and I will still have good memories of him. I will remember him everyday but I will miss seeing walking to his locker and his smile. I will still be a part of the Bon Lin family.

I am so sorry for what you are going through. Its hard to see how this can happen. You dont know me but I lost a child. This makes no sense. God is so good. I promise he will be there for you. My heart goes out to Coles family. I only remember Cole as a very small child. Very adorable I remember! I will continue to have the Brunners/Doyle's in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there Jennifer. I can not imagine what you are going through and my heart hurts for you. Hugs!

Cole,
You have had my heart since the 1st day we met. You were about 3 years old, when I stopped by you're Dad's house. You came up to me & stuck you're hand out and said "Hey I'm Cole Perkins" I returned the hand shake & said " Hey Cole Perkins I'm Belinda Coffman"( my heart melted) to those blue eyes & delightful smile. We saw each other on & off during the next few years, then unexpectedly 1 morning you & Keri got on my school bus, yes I became y'alls school bus driver. What a great few years those were having you (Cole Perkins) ride with me, my love for you just grew even more. I saw you're Dad last week & all we talked about was you & you're beautiful sisters. Until we meet again Cole Perkins, I love you! You're forever Bus Driver, Ms Belinda

I will miss seeing Cole everyday when i walk through the hallways. Cole was a kindhearted, gentle, funny, and encouraging young man who touched my heart and everyone else's at Bon Lin Middle and Elementary. When I heard Cole had passed I broke down crying. It hurts to know that I won't get to see his beautiful smile, blue eyes, and that red jacket anymore. I going to miss Cole he was the only person who could make me laugh where I couldn't breathe anymore. Like that one time in 7th grade when Cole, Savannah Bitz, and Me where playing with this yogurt at lunch and Cole hit it against the table and it splashed everywhere. It got in my hair, on my clothes, and one Cole red jacket. Cole was laughing so hard when I was so mad at him, but by 6th period that day he had me laughing and smiling again. Cole is not gone, he is still here in my heart and in everyones. We will see him again, but this time he's going to me happier than ever. R.I.P Cole we all still love you.

We have been praying for you all week and will continue. Praying for God's comfort and for His light to shine into this sadness.

I hope wherever you are you can see this message spiritually. Everyone knows that you died. People where crying at school even my eyes got a little watery. People who you didn't like or maybe did and people who didn't know at school where very sad and disappointed when they heard that you died. I was very shocked and surprised. But at the last moment I know you are in a better place. You will be surprised about how many people that will attend to your burial tomorrow April 13 2017.
