Add memories that will last forever

Not sure what to say?

August 5, 2016

I have such fond memories of Colleen and the O'Shea family and time spent in Lansing with Gene & Joan. At a time when my role models for women that worked consisted of nuns and teachers I thought Colleen was just so cool. And I still do. So sorry for your loss Dan and family.

She was the proverbial "Women for all Seasons". A true gift for the Condon Family. When my sister Mary Beth was near her end she hosted a gathering of friends that gave Mary one last bright light of peace. My mother, Libby, lived another 20 some years with Colleen as her confidant and dear friend. A very special women with rare gifts who shared them without hesitation with all that she met.
To Dan and her children thanks for sharing!
Don't be confused by the way you will always be known as Colleens kids.

There were times in my life when I was very sad... Mrs O'shea treated me like her very own son. She filled my belly with warm food. She placed a soft pillow underneath my head while gently wiping the tears away. I now smile knowing she has found solace in the arms of the Lord.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was such a nice and loving person. I want to share with you what they post in the obituaries in Ireland. I think your Mom would like it.

Good memories of the O'Shea's at CK in the 70's, and I'm so sorry for the empty spot Colleen leaves in your lives. May she know God's peace now, and may you know God's healing as time passes.
