Born in Montreal, Quebec. Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday July 19, 2016 at the age of 81 years. Connie is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Albert and her children Brenda Martin (Michael), Jo-Ann Monte (Peter), Lynn Di Gregorio (John Cosenza), Stephen Di Gregorio (Lyne Rathé) and Gregory. Adored and cherished grandmother of Anthony Monte (Emily Pietrantonio), Michelle Martin (Misha Patterson), Karina Di Gregorio (Steve Bergeron), Vanessa Martin, Dianna Monte, Catherine Di Gregorio, Alexander and Nicolas Cosenza and great-grandmother of Emma, Kate and Makenzie Bergeron and Sloane Patterson. Dear auntie Connie, it made me really sad to hear that you have now become a beautiful angel. I will forever miss the wonderful days that we spent together at your home in Ontario with our family.
