Hello -
I had the very good fortune to know Connie when she worked in our building on South Yale. Hers was such a good spirit and she was always optimistic and kind.
She and I talked about an adventure that my dad and his friends had taken 75 years ago and I found out that two of those friends were still alive. She encouraged me to write and to track them down.
I did so and met them 10 days ago. I was so very excited to let her know about meeting them as I knew she would want to know. Sadly, I was told of her passing.
Connie will be missed by me and by others that knew her. She was kind, generous and warm. I will treasure her memory.
