(nee Lau)
Connie Suk Ching Lim (nee Lau), passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in Stayner, ON with her loving husband, Harry, by her side. Born in Hong Kong to Kwan Pui and Nim Ying Lau, she graduated at the top of her class at Auburn University in Alabama, and pursued degrees and a career in pharmacy. After meeting her future husband in Toronto, Ontario, they married in 1981. They had two children: Anton and Justin and settled in Mississauga, ON. Eventually, she switched professions and pursued her passion of helping people all around the world through healthy eating and lifestyle - this is what made her presence so profound in various places.
Connie loved helping people in all areas of life including physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She cared about people so much that this was evident till the last moments of her life. Everyone who came into contact with her has a unique story or experience. Connie also loved spending time in her garden and outdoors to experience nature. She loved traveling, and made several trips to Israel, where her and her husband embarked on life-changing spiritual journeys.
Her life was full of joy, compassion, kindness, and thoughtfulness, as she always looked to help others. She has changed countless peoples' lives for the better, and that is something her legacy will be spoken of in the days and years to come. She raised two boys, who she was extremely proud of, and who have looked up to her all their lives and imparted invaluable wisdom and knowledge. She was the most caring wife to a husband that stuck by her through thick and thin, through happiness and sorrow, through the highs and the lows. By the grace of God, she lived a complete and fruitful life and embraced every moment of it.
