MCREA (Connie):
Passed away peacefully on 8 August 2016 aged 91. Reunited with her soulmate ‘Sonny'. Loved mother of Brian, Allyson, Ian, Laurie and Shelley. Mother-in-law to John and Max. Nanna to 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Loved Mum and Nana of Kellie.
She was always unselfish, helpful and kind. What beautiful memories she left behind.
