I remember Eddie as a quiet teammate at Andress. He didn't say a lot, he just did everything that was asked of him. Apparently he lived the rest of his life with that same quiet determination.

Hard to believe and I'm deeply sorry for the family. Eddie was such a great guy to be around at Andress and was truly liked and respected. It's no surprise that he spent his career helping protect and serve others. He will be missed.

Central calling Officer Edward Saucedo...Central calling Officer Edward Saucedo. Officer Edward Saucedo make your final 10-1 (to the station), mission accomplished, thank you for your services, job well done......10-4.....
My deepest sympathies to the family of Officer Edward Saucedo. Pat and Sonny, you know the history.
Our friendship began in 1961 as army brats when our father's were stationed in Bamberg, Germany; friendship was renewed attending Andress High School and UTEP; and continued with my many returned trips to the Sun City which I left in 1970.
May God bless Officer Edward Saucedo, I will truly miss him. One day, we will patrol heaven's gate together with Saint Michael as our Field Supervisor.

Was a lot of fun working with Ed many years ago while at the Police Academy. We had some good times and a lot of laughs.
