CONNIE SMALLEY

age 84, of Brunswick, passed away February 8, 2022. She was born in 1937 to TJ and Helen Townsend. She is survived by her children, Suzanne Vachon of Long Beach, CA, David (Nora) Vachon of Medina, Steven Vachon of Brunswick Hills, and stepdaughter, Susan Smalley Keefe Bedocs of Chippewa Lake, OH; her grandchildren, Steven (Sarah) Vachon, Mason Vachon, and Ivy Powers; step-grandchildren, Kelley (Jeremy) Sexton, Randi Keefe, and Hannah Eisenhut; great-grandchildren, Luke and Aurora Vachon; step great-grandchildren, Dylan and Logan Sexton and Noah and London Keefe. She is also survived by her sister, Judith Jakubisin of North Royalton and brother, Thomas Townsend of Arizona and Mexico. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dick; her younger brother, Michael D. Townsend; and her step-grandson, Brian Keefe. The family will welcome guests from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road in Brunswick.
